Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This policy describes how Swing Looper handles information when you use the app. The short version: your swing videos and personal data stay on your devices — we do not collect, store, or transmit them.
Swing Looper uses your device’s camera to detect and record golf swings. All video is captured, analyzed, and stored entirely on your device. Swing detection runs on-device using Apple’s machine learning frameworks — no video, image, or pose data is ever sent to us or to any third party.
Videos you save are kept in the app’s own library on your device. They leave your device only when you explicitly export them to your Photos app or share them yourself. Photos access is requested only when you save a swing to your Photos library, and is used solely for that.
When you pair two of your own devices (Camera and Viewer), the live preview and captured swings are transferred directly between your devices over a local peer-to-peer connection (Wi-Fi Aware). This data does not pass through the internet or any server, and we never have access to it.
We do not collect any data. Swing Looper contains no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising frameworks.
If you have opted in to sharing analytics with Apple, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash reports through the standard App Store developer tools. These contain no personal information and no content from the app.
All billing transactions, including the free trial and subscription, are handled exclusively by Apple and the App Store. We do not collect or store any billing information. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
We do not rent, sell, or share your information with third parties — we do not have it in the first place.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
